Basics of Breaststroke
July 22, 2020Breaststroke can be one of the more complex strokes to master, but don’t let that keep you from trying 💪🏊♂️
The mechanics of Breaststroke include:
1️⃣ Floating
2️⃣ Kick: up, out, around, together
3️⃣ Pull
4️⃣ Breathe
5️⃣ Glide
The float keeps you up, the pull and kick propels you forward and the glide helps you move through the water with least resistance like a penguin 🐧
