Intensive Swim Lesson
Hour-long Intensive Swim Program
Our hour-long intensive swimming lessons program is held twice a week. This is our special course and the most popular program for parents. Better results are achieved with increased session length and an increased number of training sessions. In this one-hour session, the coach pays more attention to the details of each swimmer’s techniques and developed skills.
The class comprises of three parts:
- Dry land, technique imitation
- In-water technique
- Decomposition exercises.
Swimmers will be trained to achieve the correct muscle memory through systematic and consistent training. Which helps swimmers learn the standard strokes far more quickly.
Blue Legend Swim school offers intensive swim lessons to every expertise level, from those just entering the pool for the first time all the way up to advanced swimmers hoping to improve their technique.
Our swim lessons emphasize water safety and skill development in a safe environment! We offer different group lessons so you can find a swim team and instructors that best fits your needs. We have small class sizes for all ages so your child will have the best teach to build their confidence in the water.
Swimming Lessons and Water Safety Technics
Your developmental level will determine which skills we introduce and build on as you progress. The goal is to improve your skills and confidence in the water! The instructor’s approach to the swim lessons is completely centered around you and how competitive swimming is important for you.
The main idea is to start by becoming comfortable with underwater exploration and learn how to safely exit a body of water should any unexpected accident happen. Then, swimmers will advance to focusing on body position and control, directional change, and forward movement within the water.
Having mastered the fundamentals, students learn additional water safety skills and build stroke techniques so they’ll develop skills that prevent chronic disease while increasing social, emotional, and cognitive well-being.
