Weekly 30-minute Swim lesson
Our weekly 30-minute class is for swimmers from 4 months old to 15 years old. The goal of this class is to cultivate kids’ interests in swimming as well as promoting water safety. Our structured curriculum has detailed instructions and skills required for each level. We want our little swimmers to continue to progress through hard work, so they can grow up happily and confidently. For those who want to practice more, we also provide twice-a-week optional lessons. Our flexible class schedule and well-designed curriculum will provide the best swimming class experience for your family.
Non-refundable annual registration fee $29/first child and $50 per family.

Description
The Bubble 1 Program is primarily designed to introduce infants to a water adventure where confidence, comfort, and safety skills come first! In this program, parent and child work together to learn about exiting+entering the pool, water safety, movement of the body, and other lifesaving swimming skills. Overall, it's a great bonding experience for both the parent and child while developing basic swimming and safety skills.

Description
The Bubble 2 Program continues to focus on comfort, safety, and confidence in the water. At this level, swimmers are introduced to more skills such as jumping into the pool, swimming underwater, vertical submersion, pulling themselves out of the pool, and rolling from the stomach to the back while also reviewing the skills learned in Bubble 1. Bubble 2 swimmers who have mastered the skills listed but continue to feel anxiety in the water without a parent/guardian can move up to Nemo 1. Bubble 2 swimmers who've mastered the skills listed and are comfortable swimming without a parent/guardian can move up to Nemo 2.

Description
The Nemo 1 class will start with basic swimming and safety skills. Swimmers will later learn how to glide, blow bubbles, swim underwater, float and move through the water in different directions. The aim of this program is to train swimmers to feel comfortable in the water without a parent/guardian present. Swimmers who can perform these skills with proper help can be promoted to Nemo 2.

Description
The Nemo 2 class covers the same skills as Nemo 1 (gliding,blowing bubbles, swimming underwater, floating, and moving through the water in different directions). Additionally, swimmers in Nemo 2 will also learn how to reach and grasp for the edge of the pool, alternate between holding their breath underwater and taking a breath, and rotations. Swimmers who can independently jump into the pool and swim back can be promoted to the next level.

Description
The Sea Turtle 1 class will teach swimmers rollover breathing, picking up toys underwater, how to float in the starfish position on their stomach and back, and how to kick on their stomach and back. Swimmers that do not have a lot of experience with the water will start with basic swim safety and how to blow bubbles. Swimmers who can comfortably pick up toys underwater and can kick 5 feet on their back or stomach can be promoted to the next level.

Description
The Sea Turtle 2 class focuses on the combination of skills such as jumping, floating, breathing, and kicking. Swimmers that can jump independently, swim 10 feet using rollover breathing, and are able to pick up toys from deep underwater should be confident enough to begin learning swimming strokes.

Description
In Level 1 swimmers will focus on learning the basic kicks, breath control, getting comfortable in the water, gliding, and pushing against the wall. Swimmers that have prior swimming experience will start with starfish floating, backstroke kick, freestyle kick with a kickboard, and head up/head down breathing with a freestyle kick.

Description
In Level 2, swimmers will review backstroke/freestyle kick. Swimmers will also learn backstroke arm drills and breathing to the side with a kickboard and freestyle kick.

- Able to swim proper backstroke across the pool and breathe to the side while kicking on their stomach.

Description
In Level 3, swimmers will review backstroke as well as breathing to the side with a kickboard. Swimmers will also be introduced to freestyle catchup drills, two strokes one breath with a kickboard, and how to swim catchup freestyle independently.

Description
In Level 4, swimmers will learn how to kick on their back in streamline, swim high-elbow freestyle and two-arm freestyle, and also breath bilaterallly with a small floaty. Swimmers will also review previously learned backstroke skills.

Description
In Level 5, swimmers will learn to swim high-elbow freestyle independently without any flotation devices as well as breaststroke kicking and breathing. Swimmers will also continue to review backstroke.

Description
In Level 6, swimmers will learn the breaststroke pull. They will practice coordinating their arms, legs, and breathing as well as reviewing backstroke, high-elbow freestyle, and breaststroke kicking and breathing.

Description
In Level 7, swimmers will learn the butterfly kick, butterfly breathing pattern, and butterfly pull drills. Swimmers will also continue to review backstroke, high-elbow freestyle, and breaststroke. Swimmers who can swim all four strokes correctly can be promoted to the long training class.
